Katie is a highly experienced finance professional and ACCA qualified accountant with over 20 years’ experience in financial, investment and treasury roles. She has held key leadership positions, including Director of Finance and Deputy Managing Director, before being appointed Managing Director of Greener Ealing in 2025.

She provides expert financial leadership and strategic advice to both internal and external stakeholders, driving growth, operational efficiency and long-term company success.

Bill is a results focused HR generalist with particular skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, problem solving, policy development and training and development. He has over 30 years’ post qualification experience in various roles across both private and public sectors. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).

Tina is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a diverse background spanning Chartered Accountancy firms, a recruitment agency and public sector contracts. She brings expertise in financial management, audit and other regulatory compliance, ensuring robust governance across the organisations she has worked for.

Jamie is an experienced Waste Collections Operational Manager. He has 12 years’ experience in the sector solely within the London Borough of Ealing, where his career started as a Waste Operative in 2009.

Jamie and the waste collections deferment have worked through the pandemic running a full service and is always looking to improve the team’s performance, customer experience and renovate the philosophy within the business.

Masoud has 19 years of experience providing management support in the environmental sector across multiple contracts. He has successfully built and managed Commercial Waste & DMR contracts and recently delivered positive changes to the HWRC services. He effectively leads the Fleet department of all our service vehicles and manages the in-house workshop as well as oversees the fleet replacement program, scheduled to run until 2026.

Sandra is an experienced and dedicated health and safety practitioner, with a proven track record in developing, implementing, and overseeing Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality,  (HSEQ) management systems. Skilled in providing legislative and regulation advice, liaising with stakeholders, and promoting occupational health & wellbeing. Sandra has been in the waste industry for 20 years, predominantly in London.

Kim brings over 22 years of expertise in the waste management sector and plays a key role in driving performance across all areas of the Ealing contract. Passionate about delivering high-quality services, she has successfully led the introduction of new initiatives at Greener Ealing — including the launch of the Parking Enforcement contract. Kim thrives on evolving and enhancing processes, overseeing projects that improve performance, streamline systems, and deliver better outcomes for the community.
