The main household waste and recycling centre for the borough of Ealing is in Greenford. This provides an alternative place for you to recycle items and dispose of waste responsibly. A wide range of materials and household waste can be recycled here.
What can I take?
You can dispose of a whole range of items, including wood, mattresses, small electrical items, garden waste and larger appliances such as televisions, fridges and freezers. Please note, we do not accept any form of asbestos at the Greenford site.

You must book a slot to visit the centre.
Charges for non-household waste
Anyone disposing of mixed loads of construction, demolition or DIY waste will have to enter the site via the weighbridge and will be charged for non-household waste. The site accepts payment by debit/credit card only.
Trade/commercial waste is also subject to charges.

Grounds Maintenance
We aim to ensure that all the green spaces provide a safe place of enjoyment for people and wildlife. We maintain 10 larger parks on behalf of the council, as well as many other smaller green areas.
