Greener Ealing actively supports groups and organisations that make important and positive contributions to the community we serve. Ealing Mencap is one of those invaluable organisations and this year is a momentous milestone.
Ealing Mencap is celebrating 60 years of empowering individuals with learning disabilities, and Greener Ealing Ltd is delighted to support one of their landmark anniversary events, the Ealing Mencap x Models of Diversity Inclusive Fashion Show on Friday 5 September.
The fashion show promises to be a celebration of Dedication, Style, Confidence & Inclusion, created in collaboration with Models of Diversity, a pioneering charity advocating for greater representation in fashion, beauty, and media. Founded by former model Angel Sinclair, Models of Diversity campaigns for better inclusion of disabled, plus-size, and ethnically diverse individuals in the fashion industry.

Ealing Mencap gives children and adults with learning and other disabilities the opportunity to achieve their full potential and live as independently as possible. Set up in 1965, Ealing Mencap is a charity and part of the Mencap network, but they raise their our own funds and operate entirely independently of the national organisation.
The 60th anniversary is not just about the past but about looking ahead—celebrating community, strength, and togetherness.
