The winners of the Ealing Biodiversity Awards for Gardens and Green Spaces 2025 have been announced!
The Awards are run in collaboration with Ealing Council and ActforEaling, alongside Cultivating Ealing’s annual Schools Gardening and Allotments competitions, now in their fifth year. This year, Greener Ealing Ltd were proud to sponsor the Street/Community Gardens category and newly-appointed Managing Director Katarina Pohancenikova was on hand to present the winners with their certificates.

The winners were announced at a lively ceremony hosted by Ealing Council at Perceval House in Ealing Broadway, with new and experienced gardeners from across the borough being recognised for their
efforts in creating wildlife friendly gardens and green spaces. The Mayor of Ealing, Councillor Anthony Kelly, and his wife Maria were there to congratulate the winners and share a handshake and photo op, with the winners’ certificates and trophies proudly displayed.
Debbie Fogarty, the Awards organiser and Chair of Cultivating Ealing, said: “Now in its second year, the Ealing Biodiversity Awards for Gardens and Green Spaces have attracted even more entries than last year — each showcasing such high standards that the judges faced a tough challenge in choosing the winners!”
